Quick Trip to Atlanta

Last week Colin and I found ourselves in the highly unusual predicament of being all alone.  Jason was in California and the big boys had tickets to the North Pole via the Chattanooga Choo Choo.  Colin and myself could think of nothing better to do with our time than to head to Atlanta to visit my grandparents.

It was great to be able to spend some time with Grandma and Grandpa Hermie with a {little} less chaos than normal.  We had a great meals, conversation and just time in the same space.

Colin made a great travel buddy.  He watched Baby Enstein and didn't complain at all about the sound being off and instead listening to David Platt.

Baby took a nap, Mommy got a Starbucks.

Typical male.  He came right in and took over the remote.

Grandma showing Colin some things (He didn't break anything at their house! Success.)

Grandma has made all these neat photo vignettes under glass on the tables in her sunroom.  Love this idea.

But it seems as quickly as we arrived it was time to go.  Of course before we went I attempted to get a nice photo.  Colin was not in the mood.

But I did get a good one of the grandparents.

Until next time.
